LPC 300 multi functional Pressure Calibrator
    Accuracy ±0.025% f.s.

The electronic pressure calibrator LPC 300 is used for high precision calibration of pressure instruments, e.g. pressure gauges, pressure transmitter, digital manomter, pressure switches, overpressure protection valves, etc.

The LPC 300 is a very user-friendly, accurate and compact solution for pressure comparison calibrations. The built-in reference sensor is changeable, several pressure ranges with one unit can be operated.

All standard pressure ranges between 0...4 psi (0...250 mbar) and 0...14500 psi (0...1000 bar) are available (other ranges, gauge and absolute, on request), also vacuum and compound ranges.

The electronic pressure calibrator LPC 300 measures pressure, voltage and current and supplies 24 VDC as source for transmitter. Calibration procedures can be pre-defined and used for calibrations on site. The LPC 300 is supplied with USB- and RS232-interfaces and is powered by a Lithium-Ion battery (rechargeable, without memory-effect).

    Features:
    • precise, high resolution, compact, rigid
    • Pressure ranges 0/4 psi to 0/14500 psi
      (0/250 mbar to 0/1000 bar)
    • Built-in reference sensor, changeable
    • All standard pressure units (+1 self-definable)
    • Special ranges (gauge, absolute, vacuum, compound) on request
    • stores calibration data (real time clock integrated)
    • Switch-test function (switch point adjumstment, showing hysteresis)
    • Menu-driven operating in English language (other languages, e.g. German, on request)
    • Large illuminated display
    • Lithium-Ion battery powered
    • Power supply 24 VDC for pressure transmitters
    • USB- and RS232-interface
    • Calibration Certificate, traceable to national standard, included

    Accuracy 0.025% FS

In measuring mode, the LPC 300 shows in it's display simultaneous:

    • reference pressure
    • output of unit under test (if unit under test is an analogue pressure gauge, the reading pressure can be entered with the numeric keypad)
    • deviation in selected pressure unit
    • deviation in % of full scale value of unit under test
This results in easy checking if unit under test is within it's specification - with one view - without the need of manual calculations.

PC4 - Pressure Calibrator for pressure, vacuum, differential pressure

PC4-Pressure Calibrator with integrated pressure source
Ranges from 0/10 mbar up to 0/1000 mbar
    Pressure, Vaccum, Differential pressure

The PC4 is an appliance for verification and calibration of pressure sensors, pressure gauges, as well as pressure switches for low pressures. The combination pressure measuring unit and pressure generator allows a variety of applications in the laboratory as well as in the field.
The PC4 can be used with battery (9V E-Block) or (optional) from the mains (plug-in power supply). The robust inductive measuring cell covers a wide pressure measuring range by means of a 1 : 5 pressure range selector. The PC4 can be delivered for 3 standard measuring ranges. Responsetime of the measuring signal can be selected for 3 steps. The pressure is displayed on a high contrast LC display with 12.5 mm characters. An analogue output is available on request. For greater volumes an integrated hand pump is used to generate a pressure and metal bellows is used for precise adjustment. Two integrated valves are used to vent the measuring equipment.

Note: for generating vacuum, an exterenal vacuum pump is required, i.e. our calibration pump 2941 or LTP1.

    Application Areas:

    • Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning
    • Cleanroom technology
    • Medical technology
    • Filter technology
    • Level measurements (bubble-through measurements)
    • Flow-velocity measurements (Pitot tube, orifice blade)

Digital Reference Presssure Gauge Type DFP
Scalable Indication of Force (tons, kg, Newton)

  • Accuracy ±0.1% FS
  • Pressure ranges up to 2000 bar available
  • Battery operated (1 year autonomy)
  • Pressure units "bar", conversion to Force
  • PEAK-function (positive and negative)
  • Programmable digital Filter
  • Pressure connection 1/2" BSP male
  • Large and clear LCD display
  • The DFP is a microprocessor based digital pressure gauge, made of particularly high long-term stable analogue section and a 16 bit A/D converter which ensure 65,000 internal divisions. These features, together with a 0.1% accuracy class, make it ideal as a reference instrument: in fact the DFP is proposed as a first line sample for Quality Insurance Laboratories.

The Digital Reference Pressure Gauge DFP has internal batteries with 1 year autonomy, also guaranteed by the Auto-PowerOff function, which activated if no measurements changes are detected in the previous 30 minutes (adjustable).

The user can define his own engineering unit for force. The DFP is supplied calibrated in "bar" pressure unit as a standard pressure gauge. It is up to the installer to set the full scale value in the force unit used (kg or ton) by using the following formular:

    F[N] = P x D² x¶ / 40
    P = Pressure in bar
D = Diameter of cylinder in mm

As an option, the Digital Reference Pressure Gauge DFP is available with a RS232 interface. A connection cable and a simple Software to read out the RS232 interface can be supplied on request.

A carrying case is included in standard supply.

Digital Reference Presssure Indicator Type TLDMM
    (electronic Pressure Calibrator)

  • Accuracy ±0.05% FS
  • Pressure ranges up to 2000 bar available
  • Battery operated (1 year autonomy)
  • Pressure units "bar", "mbar", "psi", "MPa", "kPA" selectable
  • PEAK-function (positive and negative)
  • Programmable digital Filter
  • Pressure connection 1/2" BSP male
  • Large and clear LCD display
  • Including S.I.T. Calibration Certificate, traceable
The pressure calibrator TLDMM is a microprocessor based digital pressure gauge, made of particularly high long-term stable analogue section and a 16 bit A/D converter which ensure 65,000 internal divisions. These features, together with a 0.05% accuracy class, make it ideal as a laboratory instrument: in fact the pressure calibrator TLDMM is proposed as a first line sample for Calibration Laboratories and is provided with a S.I.T. calibration certificate, traceable to international standard.

The pressure calibrator TLDMM has internal batteries with 1 year autonomy, also guaranteed by the Auto-PowerOff function, which activated if no measurements changes are detected in the previous 30 minutes.
The user can select different engineering units (bar, mbar, psi, MPa, KPa), resolution and digital filter, suitable for measurements to be performed. In order to increase the level of integration among components, a combined (traditional and SMT) technology has been used, that makes this reference pressure gauge more resistant against mechanical stresses and vibrations and guarantees maximum reliability for the circuit. The display also shows an analogue indication bar for pressure, that is still on, even in the programming menu.

As an option, the pressure calibrator TLDMM is available with a RS232 interface. A connection cable and a simple Software to read out the RS232 interface can be supplied on request.

A carrying case and a S.I.T. calibration certificate are included in standard supply.
